The Five Pillars of Islam
Those thing that one must do to be a good Muslim are usually refered to as
"The Five Pillars of Islam."
These five pillars, or obligations, are:
Repatition of the creed, Daily prayer, Alms giving, The fast duties of the month of Ramadom, and The pilgrimage to Mecca.
(Arab.; lit. "surrender")
Means peace.
Muslim: Literally "submitter." One who submits to the will of God.
